本科毕业设计-试论我国自然人破产制度的建立

AbstractToday,in China,to expand the range of the principal part of bankruptcy law is an important problem demanding prompt solutions on the theory and legislation of bankruptcy law. This article first analyses the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of out country’s bankruptcy system of natural person. Then points out the establishment of our country’s bankruptcy system of natural person is not only a realistic requirement of economic development but the inevitable choice of reforming and opening and the perfect system of bankruptcy. What’s more,the academic circles thought at present implements the natural person to go bankrupt has many barriers,like the short of economic basis,the necessary legal regime imperfect as well as to implements consequence worrying which the natural person goes bankrupt.
