AbstractIn a market economy, the administrative contract is the Government to implement democratic management is one important way. As a new administration tool, compared with the traditional means of administration, administrative contracts appear to be more moderate, but also more flexible. It is not only conducive to the effective completion of administrative tasks to achieve administrative goals, to fully mobilize people to participate in social activities, administrative relative enthusiasm, but also satisfy the rule of law and democracy, the deep-seated need, but also conforms to the development trend of a harmonious society, which has broad prospects for development.
