AbstractThe journalist opinion supervise the judicial is a sign of judicial democracy and justice of a country. But how to make a good deal with supervision of journalist opinion and judicial justice is a difficult work. Supervision of journalist opinion is two-edged, which not only can promote the jurisdiction justness but also damage the independence of jurisdiction. It is urgent to keep balance between them. Key words: Supervision of Journalist Opinion； Judicial justice；Supervision mechanism试论新闻舆论监督与司法公正的关系随着新闻舆论事业的不断进展，有关司法案件的新闻舆论不断增多，新闻舆论监督在司法活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用，其在曝光司法腐败、完善司法漏洞方面所作的贡献更是有目共睹。然而在新闻舆论监督发挥积极作用的同时，也出现了一些现象引起我们的注意。如新闻舆论对司法活动进行了过分的干预，造成司法的不公正等等。如何正确处理新闻舆论监督与司法公正之间的冲突，保证新闻舆论监督充分地发挥作用，这对于我国的新闻舆论的进展和促进司法公正方面都有重大的意义。一、正确处理新闻舆论监督与司法公正关系的必要性（一）新闻舆论监督促进司法公正司法与媒体虽然是两种性质不同的行业，但两者的根本目标都是追求社会的公平与正义。新闻舆论监督作为一种普遍化的社会权利，自身能够起着对国家权利的制约与平衡作用。联系我国当前实际的状况，新闻舆论监督对我们实现司法公正无疑起着至关重要的作用。①在日常生活中，新闻媒体对法院所审理案件所进行的采访和报道，实际上就是监督司法活动的一种方式。通过这种方式对新闻舆论的监督，司法审判的过程变得更加公开和透明。同时，相对于司法内部的事后监督，新闻舆论监督采纳同步或事前监督的方法，不仅能制止可能发生的违法违规现象，起到防微杜渐的作用，而且能够提高公众对法律权威的尊重和对公正司法的信任。另外，新闻舆论监...
