The article introduced the weaving of the drilling special mechanical machining card, the design of the axis boxes, the design of the jig and the design of the principal axis; Machine tool design using the design principles, based on the generic parts, and the distribution according to the requirements of the spindle axle of the overall design of many, while accompanied by a specific shape of the workpiece and processing parts and fixtures specifically designed to form the corresponding Dedicated machine.The design of the special machine not only can ensure the precision of the machining but also can reduce the cost, ease the worker’s intenstity, advance the productivity, the collocation is flexible.
