摘要步进电机是一种由脉冲控制转速的执行机构。其驱动简单,控制精确度高,是日常使用的定位和驱动的工具。控制好步进电机,可以提高定位的精确性,对日常生产有较大的讨论意义和应用前景。本文采纳 51 单片机作为主控芯片,L297 为电机驱动芯片,L298N 为步进电机控制芯片,设计了一个步进电机控制系统。首先介绍了步进电机的转动和控制原理,然后对单片机和驱动芯片做介绍。然后编写控制系统软件。最后采纳Proteus 进行仿真,并对结果进行分析。关键词:步进电机,单片机,控制系统AbstractStepper motor is controlled by pulse actuators. It is easy to drive and have high control accuracy, and is a tool for daily use of positioning and driver. Making good control of stepping motor, can improve the accuracy of positioning, so the study of daily production has great significance and application prospect.
