毕 业 设 计题 目 江西省九江县供电有限责任公司生产通信调度大楼施工组织设计 英文题目 The Construction design for Production Scheduling Communications Building of Power limited liability company in JiujiangCounty,Jiangxi Province学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业： 土木工程 系 别： 土木工程系 指导老师： 职称: 二 零 一一年 六 月摘 要本工程为九江县供电有限责任公司生产通信调度大楼工程，地点位于九江市九江县庐山北路，九江县人民政府西北侧，总建筑面积 8913.7m2 ，建筑层数为地下一层，地上十层，结构形式为框架结构。本施工组织设计首先运用广联达软件以图纸资料为依据，对工程量进行计算。在清楚每个工程的内容范围以及每一样材料，特别是混凝土、钢筋等一些重要材料用量的前提下，以《江西省建筑工程消耗量定额及统一基价表》、《江西省装饰装修工程消耗量定额及统一基价表》为依据，确定各工种人员及机械安排计划，材料消耗量计划，根据现场实际情况进行施工平面布置安排。明确并优化分部分项工程的施工方案，保证各项施工顺利进行。本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、施工进度横道图、网络图、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。 关键词： 组织； 计划； 方案Abstract For this project, jiujiang county power supply limited liability company production communication scheduling building engineering, place is located in jiujiang county JiuJiangShi lushan north and jiujiang county people's government west, a total construction area of 8913.7 m2, construction layer for underground, the ground ten layers, structure form for frame structure.
