CB7620 型半自动车床的 PLC 与变频改造机械制造与自动化(本科)2025 年 9 月 邹竞立 摘要由于 PLC 和变频器已成为电气自动化控制系统中应用最为广泛的装置,所以本论文主要根据 PLC 和变频器的特点以及它在控制系统中的优势地位,提出利用 PLC 和变频器对CB7620 车床的电气控制部分进行改造和分析,最后利用 PLC 和变频器实现车床控制电路的改造,使 Cb7620 车床控制线路大大简化,克服了继电器-接触器控制系统触点多、线路复杂、故障多、操作人员维修困难等缺点,使主轴电机获得优越可靠的调速性能,提高了设备操作的可靠性和安全性。同时本文也介绍了 PLC 和变频器在控制过程中的优劣势及应该注意的问题。所以在设计过程中,针对车床的控制要求进行分析,完成了 PLC 的选型、分配点、I/O 接口图的绘制、梯形图的编译、流程图的绘制以及程序的编写。本次 CB7620 卡盘多刀半自动车床改造后,使它的控制系统得到了简化,工作效率、安全性和稳定性都大大的提高,最终使其逐步实现自动化。 关键词:PLC,变频器,CB7620 卡盘多刀半自动车床 AbstractBecause of PLC and inverter has become electrical automation control system of a widely used devices, so this thesis mainly based on PLC and inverter of characteristic and it's dominance in the control system using PLC and inverter, put forward to CB7620 lathe of electrical control part fabricate and analysis, finally using PLC and inverter realize lathe control circuit of transform, make CB7620 lathe control circuit greatly simplified, overcoming the relay - contactor controlling system contacts, more complex, fault lines, operators maintenance difficulties or other disadvantages, making spindle motor get superior reliable performance of speed adjustment and improve the equipment operation reliability and safety.
