电子商务对国际贸易的影响． ［内容摘要］随着信息化技术和经济全球化的快速进展，电子商务在国际贸易中的广泛应用已成为知识经济时代的必定潮流。本文总结了电子商务的兴起对国际贸易产生的影响，分析了将电子商务应用于国际贸易时所面临的问题，最后从观念的转变、信息基础设施的建设、关键技术的研发以及配套政策的完善等方面提出了我国在国际贸易中应用电子商务时应实行的主要对策。 ［关键词］电子商务；国际贸易；对策 Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization, the wide application of E-commerce in the international trade has become an inevitable trend in the age of knowledge economy. This paper summarizes the impact of E-commerce on international trade, analyzes the problems when applying E-commerce to international trade, and finally proposes major measures for promoting the integration of international trade and E-commerce from the perspective of concept change, information infrastructure construction and core technology research and corresponding policy. Key words: E-commerce; international trade; proposed measure 一、电子商务的兴起及对国际贸易的影响 (一)电子商务的兴起 20 世纪 40－50 年代，以微电子技术为基础的计算机技术与光纤通信技术结合，引爆了至今仍未停息的信息技术革命。不论是数据的处理，还是信息的传输，人类都进入了一个前所未有的高效时代。20 世纪 70 年代，EDI 技术(Electronic Data Interchange，电子数据交换)的产生，使得人们开始尝试在不同的计算机之间进行商业数据的自动交换，这便是电子商务的初级形式。 继 EDI 之后，随着宽带技术的普及与网络安全技术的更新，以通过计算机网络这一电子方式进行贸易或商务活动为特征的电子商务(Electronic Business, Electronic Commerce, 或 E-commerce)逐渐成为近年来在全球范围内兴起的一种新型商务模式。电子商务依托Internet、Intranet(企业内部网)和 Extranet(企业外部网)，将企业、用户、供应商以及商业和贸易所需环节联接到现有的信息技术系统上，彻底改变了传统的业务作业方式和手段，是全球信息流动在国际贸易领域得以实现的形式。...
