摘 要中国的二极管生产企业起步很早，以至于很多企业里面的二极管生产设备比较陈旧。由于旧的设备生产效率低，废品率高，需要大量人工的原因，我们决定将对旧的二极管生产设备上进行一些自动化改造。主要的改造内容是将石墨舟的堆放和上料过程进行自动化改造，其中改造内容有：在空石墨舟的堆放处用机械手代替，通过气缸与机械手相结合的方式放置石墨舟；对石墨舟的堆放和上料下料的过程由石墨舟升降机构来进行完成，通过电动机带传动，皮带上的气手指拨动石墨舟堆，在上料和下料处各放置十个为一堆的石墨舟堆，由气爪抓取进行上料和下料；整个过程通过 PLC 进行电气控制，大大改进了生产效率以及减少了人工，使得企业在生产中获得更多的盈利。关键词：排向机，二极管生产，自动化改造，PLC，石墨舟ABSTRACTChina’s diode production enterprise started early, that many enterprise inside of the diode production equipment is old.
