摘要随着人力资源在企业资源中的地位越来越来高,员工激励便成为了企业管理的重要内容。员工激励是运用一定的激励理论为指导,着眼于满足员工需求,采纳有效地激励措施以激发、驱动和强化员工的行为,为企业制造价值。优视科公司作为一家在上海落户的全日资企业,没有很好的运用激励理论,结合中国员工的实情实施有效的激励措施,致使未能充分激发员工的工作积极性和潜能为公司目标服务。相反,一些违反激励理论的公司制度和领导行为造成了近年来员工的高离职率,和员工普遍的工作情绪低落,工作效率不高,影响了公司正常的进展。本文将针对优视科公司在员工激励方面的存在的问题进行阐述和分析,运用激励相关理论结合优视科实际提出改善对策和措施。关键词:员工激励;激励理论;员工需求;优视科公司AbstractWith the human resources in the enterprise resources in the status of more and more, employee motivation has become an important part of enterprise management.
