陕西广播电视大学土木工程本科毕业论文论施工项目的安全控制学 号：1161001207373 姓 名：郭 磊 指导老师：任阿娟专 业：土木工程 班 级：11 春土木工程 学 校：陕西广播电视大学 建筑工程质量管理的现状及技术措施摘 要: 纵观近年来建筑业的安全现状，我们会发现存在很多问题。观其原因，一方面是安全责任不明确，安全监督管理制度不健全，另一方面是施工企业内部管理弱化，尤其是施工现场管理存在漏洞，缺乏有效的安全防护措施，责任不落实，管理人员和操作人员未进行必要的教育培训，缺乏应有的安全技术常识，违章指挥，违规操作等。面对这样的现状我们应该从中找到问题的源头，去面对它、解决它。从而我们应该加强建筑施工现场的安全管理和施工现场事故控制，做好各层之间的责任负责问题，也应该完善一些政府的安全监督问题，只有这样我们才觉得能解决一些施工当中的安全隐患，为我们的国家的经济建设及工人的自身安全作出贡献！ 关键词: 建筑工程, 施工现场, 安全管理Abstract：Observing the recent years safety situations at construction site, we will find many problems. Causalities accidents happened, which are also caused economic and property losses to the constructors. Investigating the reasons, on the one hand, it is because of the uncertainty security responsibilities and unsound security supervisory system. On the other hand, it is due to the internal weakened management of constructors, especially the existing defective job site management, shortened safety protective measures, uncommitted responsibilities, unnecessary trainings to the management staffs and operators, lack of necessary safety technical knowledge, non-compliant command and non-compliant operation etc. Regarding to such situations, we should find out the root of the problems and seek effective methods for solving them.
