The design is probably about the parameter calculation, the choose of material and the check of strength of differential’s planetary gear and axle gear. What’s more, the principle of differential is briefly explained. Many documents and Mechanical Design Handbooks were consulted in the process of design, and they have contributed to a deeper understanding of the bevel gear and the structure of differentials.
