成 都 市 未 来 商 业 建 筑 进 展 浅 析作 者 姓 名 ： 111 学 号 ： 202503010439 专 业 ： 土 木 工 程 指 导 老 师 ： 222 【 摘要】 随着成都经济的快速进展，商业建筑无论是在规模上，还是在速度上在西部城市中都是摇摇领先。本文旨在简单分析成都市未来商业建筑的进展后能够得出一些对成都市或者周边城市商业建筑进展有参考作用的信息。本文分为4 个章节，第一章是介绍论文的写作背景，论文的讨论方法及讨论意义。第二章是建筑进展的介绍。第三章是对促进成都商业建筑进展的因素进行简单的分析。第四章从人们身边的社区商业建筑入手开始分析，首先在认知上有了一定的基础，便于深化分析社区进展上需要什么。然后就是分析商业广场，针对于成都的商业广场的类型举出实例进行重点分析。对于写字楼、地下商业建筑和仿古商业街只是简单的分析。在综合分析的基础上，针对各小结得出的结论进行总结。 【 关键词】 建筑进展；商业建筑；影响因素；进展分析 The future development of Chengdu City Commercial BuildingStudent: Wang Haitao Student No.: 202503010439 Major: Civil Engineering Supervisor: Xu Zhong Abstract: With the rapid economic development of Chengdu, commercial buildings, both in size, and in the speed in the western city are ahead.
