锅炉自控系统工控软件监控设计摘 要 锅炉的燃烧过程十分复杂,它是一个多参数对象,多扰动,各参数交叉影响的系统。燃烧系统内部的给煤、鼓风耦合性强,过程的非线性和大滞后也成了控制对象的难题,本系统采纳选用亚控公司的Kingview软件作为前台程序设计进行实时监控。Microsoft Access 作为后台数据库系统,用于保存故障、报警等数据。在使用上位机进行监控时,可以对系统的工作进行实时监控。可以通过对现场采集到的数据进行处理,以动画形式、报警处理、流程控制、实时曲线、历史曲线和报表输出等。在本次设计中系统采纳了组态王6.52,该软件操作方便,结构清楚,易于上手。而且,它能充分利用Windows的图形编辑功能,方便地构成监控画面,并以动画方式显示控制设备的状态。 关键词:组态王、锅炉、实时监控。AbstractThe boiler combustion process is extremely complex, it is more than parameters objects, multi- perturbation, various parameters overlapping influence system.
