D-二聚体测定在妊娠分娩中的应用价值【摘 要】目的：探讨 d-二聚体定量检测在妊娠分娩中的临床价值。 方法：使用 nycocard 金标法对分娩孕妇血浆中纤维蛋白降解产物 d-二聚体进行检测。 结果：共有 211 例孕妇参加检测，182 例孕妇的 d-二聚体检测值 0.3mg/l。结论：d-二聚体检测可作为排除孕妇发生深部静脉栓塞与弥漫性血管内凝血的筛选试验，可在临床诊断中推广应用。【关键词】深部静脉栓塞;弥漫性血管内凝血；d-二聚体；孕妇【中图分类号】r714.461 【文献标识码】a 【文章编号】1004-7484（2025）08-0352-01【abstract】objective: to investigate the d- two dimers in the quantitative detection of pregnancy and delivery in the clinical value. methods: using nycocard gold standard method of childbirth in maternal plasma fibrin degradation product d- two dimer detection. results: there were 211 cases of pregnant women to participate in testing,182pregnant women with d- two dimer testing value of 0.3mg/l two.conclusion d- two dimer detection can be used to exclude pregnant women of deep venous thrombosis associated with disseminated intravascular coagulation screening tests, available in clinical diagnosis application.【key words】 deep vein thrombosis; disseminated intravascular coagulation; d- two dimer; pregnant women孕妇在分娩过程中存在一定的风险，特别是深部静脉栓塞（dvt）与弥漫性血管内凝血（dic）的发生是威胁孕妇生命安全的，所以早期诊断是临床医生极为关注的问题，本讨论用nycocard 金标法检测 d-二聚体对预防 dvt、dic 的临床意义。1 资料与方法1.1 资料1.1.1 讨论对象：2025 年 4 月—5 月在我院产科住院的孕妇。1.1.2 仪器：挪威的 nycocard readerⅱ 特种蛋白金标检测仪。1.1.3 试剂：为配套试剂直接使用。1.2 方法1.2.1 原理采纳免疫散射色谱原理进行检测，将血浆加入反应板孔内，样品被吸入，d-dimer 分子由包被 d-dimer 单克隆抗体的膜捕获，然后加入 d-dimer 单克隆抗体与胶体金的缀合物溶液。膜中 d-dimer 将于金标抗体发生结合反应，形成三明治嵌合体，过剩金标抗体用洗涤液洗去，用 nycocard readerⅱ 特...
