抗 CD28 抗体协同刺激增强抗 CD3 抗体体外激活 T 淋巴细胞并降低 TGF【摘要】 为了探讨体外激活 T 淋巴细胞的方法及活化后 T 淋巴细胞的免疫学特征,利用抗 CD3、抗 CD28 抗体在体外刺激健康人外周血单个核细胞 PBMNC,检测淋巴细胞转化,CD8+CD25+细胞比例和肿瘤生长因子 β 表达等相关免疫学指标
结果表明,在抗 CD28 抗体的协同作用下,抗 CD3 抗体的刺激活性明显提高,CD8+CD25+细胞比例明显增加,TGF-β 的表达下调
