现浇箱梁施工常用支架类型及其安全性验算Supporting Frame of Cast-in-place Box Girder and Security Checking作者：许方斌2025 年 8 月中文摘要摘要：改革开放以来，我国公路建设事业迅猛进展，尤其是高速公路建设，作为公路建设重要组成部分的桥梁建设也得到了相应进展。在临时支撑结构（支架）上进行箱梁整孔灌注就地施工是桥梁施工中一种重要的施工方法，也是连续刚构桥就地浇注施工中最为常见的。本文主要介绍目前国内现浇箱梁就地施工中常用的临时支撑结构（支架）类型及其特点，并结合笔者工作经历重点介绍目前施工中最为常用的碗扣式脚手架和钢管柱贝雷桁架。 同时，提出临时支撑结构的设计及安全性验算中需要注重的方面，并结合笔者曾工作过的实际工程给出相应的设计实例。图 12 幅，表 2 个，参考文献 28 篇。zw8Wq。关键词：碗扣式脚手架 贝雷桁架 支撑结构 设计 施工ABSTRACTABSTRACT: Since the reform and opening policy in 1970s ， with the rapid development of highway construction, especially freeway construction, the bridge construction as an important part of highway construction has also been rapidly developed. Building case girder construction on the temporary support structure is an important bridge construction method, especially in the building of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge. This paper describes the used types of temporary supporting structure and their characteristics at present in our country, and bined with the author’s work experience to focuses on the most mon construction of Scaffoldings with Buckles Bowl and Bailey Truss.
