腹腔镜下胃癌根治术手术配合及护理屠丽娜 （上海中医药大学龙华医院手术室）摘要：目得：探讨腹腔镜下胃癌根治术得 手术护理配合。方法：回顾性分析30例经腹腔镜手术治疗得胃癌患者临床资料,总结手术期间得护理配合要点。结果：30例患者得手术均获得成功,无中转开腹得患者,术中巡回护士与器械护士配合较好。结论：充分做好术前准备,做好术中配合以及良好得设备保障,就是提高手术配 合质量,保证手术顺利进行得关键。关键词： 腹腔镜 胃癌根治术 手术配合 护理安全Laparoscopic Gastric Cancer Radical Surgery and NursingAbstract: Objective:To explore observation and nursing of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy 、 Methods: The clinical data of 30 cases of gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed, and the points of nursing cooperation during operation were summarized、Results: All the 30 patients were successfully operated 、 The patients who were not converted to open laparotomy had good cooperation with the nurse and equipment nurses 、 Conclusion: It is the key to improve the quality of operation and ensure the successful operation of the operation、Key words: laparoscope; radical operation for carcinoma of stomach; operation cooperation; nursing safety 腹腔镜手术就是一种微创手术，就是在人工气腹创建得腹腔空间内，通过穿刺孔建立得可视通道与操作通道。由于腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优越性,因此在外科手术领域有了迅速进展。今后将有越来越多且难度越来越大得手术由腹腔镜来完成。由于腹腔镜手术得实施必须具备气腹、光导仪器设备、鞘内操作器械、特别体位等条件相对于传统开腹手术,可能发生得并发症与安全问题也要多些。如何确保手术圆满成功,就是手术室护理工作需要重视得。其中洗手护士与巡回护士相应固定，熟练掌握各种仪器得使用方法，熟悉各种手术步骤，密切配合，对仪器设备严格消毒与精细保养，这些对保证手术得顺利进行具有重要意义。腹腔镜胃癌根治术就是近年来国内开展得一项新技术,具有术中出血少、术后痛苦轻、腹壁切口小、并发症少、住院时间短、全身免疫功能影响小得微创优势,因而深受广阔...
