600MW 机组锅炉大比例褐煤掺烧技术探讨陈铁锋,周丽宏,张金祥国电电力大连庄河发电有限责任公司，辽宁大连庄河市黑岛镇 116431Discussion of Lignite Combustion Technology to 600 MW UnitCHEN Tiefeng， ZHOU Lihong ，ZHANG JinxiangAddr： Dalian zhuanghe city heidao townAbstract ： Directing HG-1950/25.4-YM3 boiler features for the DALIAN Zhuang he Power Generation Co., Ltd 。 In the original design coal heat to 5070KJ/KG on the basis of a bituminous coal to lignite combustion heat 3200KJ/KG Burning lignite-based test, then low-load condition were all burned lignite successly, this article describes the technical measures blended with lignite; discussed lignite Combustion technology in the face of problems, such as increase the proportion of output of a fan of effect, contribute to the dry milling system of effect, mill outlet temperature control, adjustment of the boiler operating conditions, the maintenance of the air preheater, sootblowers of inspection; and made recommendations with lignite combustion。Key words： HG-1950/25.4-YM3 boiler; lignite Combustion; thermal performance摘要：国电电力大连庄河发电有限责任公司结合 HG-1950/25.4-YM3 型锅炉的特性，在原设计煤种发热量为 5070KJ/KG 烟煤的基础上进行了以燃烧发热量 3200KJ/KG 的褐煤为主的掺烧褐煤试验，进而进行了低负荷情况下全烧褐煤试验，取得了成功，本文介绍了褐煤掺烧的技术措施；讨论了褐煤掺烧技术应用中所面临的问题，主要有掺烧褐煤比例加大后一次风机出力影响情况、制粉系统的干燥出力影响情况、磨煤机出口温度的控制、锅炉运行工况的调整、空气预热器的维护、吹灰器的检查等；并提出了掺烧褐煤的建议。关键词：HG-1950/25.4-YM3 型锅炉；褐煤掺烧；热力性能0、引言随着电力工业的迅速进展， 如何有效利用煤炭资源、降低发电成本、节能减排提高企业竞争力，成为发电企业讨论的重要课题。褐煤储量大，开发潜力巨大，价格低，具有重要的应用价值。为此，结合我公司当前锅炉运行特性，进行大比例燃用褐煤、低负荷全烧褐煤的试验讨论， ...
