摘 要近几年,中国 C2C 电子商务快速进展,在信息不对称问题越发严重环境下面临着更多不确定性,由此引发了一系列信用问题,制约了 C2C 电子商务信用体系深化完善。所以,本文从 C2C 电子商务、信用评价及电子商务信用评价等相关基础理论入手,关键围绕 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系存在问题并针对问题提出对策进行分析。首先叙述 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系讨论背景和讨论意义、中国外讨论现实状况和讨论思绪;其次,叙述电子商务、C2C 电子商务和 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系基础概念;再次,对中国 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系现实状况进行分析,发觉其中存在哪些问题并进行原因分析;最终,依据 C2C 电子商务信用评价体系所存在问题提出对应对策及提议,以达成推动其进展目标。关键词:C2C;电子商务;信用评价体系;AbstractIn recent years, the rapid development of C2C e-commerce in China, the more serious problem of information asymmetry in the environment facing more uncertainty, which triggered a series of credit problems, restricted the C2C electronic commerce credit system is further improved.
