摘 要内燃机的进展日益受到节能、环保、安全等方面的高要求。而且内燃机在工作时的动力性、燃油经济性、环保性能直接与内燃机水温是否符合要求有重要的关系。本设计基于以上原因,设计了冷却水温度智能控制系统。 智能控制系统将根据冷却水当前水温、工作要求等参数,以单片机为控制核心元件,实现冷却风扇风扇转速,电控导风板和节温器的开闭随发动机工况变化自动调节的目的。冷却风扇采纳直流电机作为驱动。控制器还可将冷却水温及风扇转速等数据通过串口发送出去。关键词:冷却风扇 驱动系统 单片机 智能控制Abstract The development of the combustion engine is being energy-saving, environmental protection, safety, as well as high demand. And the performance of combustion engine, fuel economy, and environmental protection performance directly with whether the temperature of cooling water accord with the requirement when working. This project designed the intelligent cooling water temperature control system basing on the above reasons. The intelligent control system according to the current water temperature, and cooling water will work requirements, using MCU as core control components, realize the cooling fan speed, electricity wind plate and the thermostat opening and closing automatically adjust the engine when condition changes. By dc motor cooling fan as a driver.
