刍谈土木工程项目管理的对策刍谈土木工程项目管理的对策 摘要：近年来，中国在世界范围内的进展和改变都取得了令人瞩目的优异成果，每一行业都呈现出蒸蒸日上的进展态势，特别是在建筑行业，进展的速度更是惊人，面对不断的进展和进步，我们不能只是一味的关注喜讯而不在乎随着进展暴露出的种种问题，将潜在的问题彻底解决，防患于未然，才是进展之道。目前我国的土木工程建设系统主要存在的问题是管理问题，面临的两大挑战是工程的 安全以及工程的质量。因此，现以严谨的科研态度对土木工程管理方面存在的问题进行了细致的分析和探讨。并就根据分析结果提出了一些相对应的对策和建议。 关键词：土木工程；工程管理；建议 Abstract: In recent years, China in the world within the scope of the development and changes have achieved excellent results attract people's attention, every industry are the development trend of be on the upgrade, particularly in the construction industry, the speed of development is amazing, with the continuous development and progress, we can not only pay attention to the news and don't care with the development of the problems exposed, the potential problem is completely solved, nip in the bud, it is the way of development. Therefore, the rigorous scientific attitude on the existence of civil engineering management problems are analyzed and discussed in detail. And according to the analysis results and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
