基于 LabVIEW 温度采集系统设计摘 要 近些年来单片机取得了突飞猛进进展而且已在各行业得到广泛应用,在本文中,完成了智能温度采集系统设计,本系统实行单总线操作,简单电路,正确测量,多点测量。能够在较低成本下实现有效温度监测。经过人机界面显示和查询,节约能源,发明价值,含有一定商业价值。本系统也可广泛应用于消防等其它系统中。本文首先分析了目前单片机进展和应用范围,设计了基于 STC89C52 单片机温度恒定单片机采集系统总体架构和硬件部分,对系统硬件搭建和部分传感器模块做了具体论证和设计。控制节点经过讨论对比,选择 STC89C52,对外围电路中传感器模块、供电电源模块、协调器接口电路以立即钟均做了具体设计,经过对比分析选择了适合本课题温湿度传感器。最终,进行了软件设计和实现,关键包含主控程序、数据上传设计、报警子程序设计、按键扫描子程序设计和终端子程序设计等。试验测试,验证了在特定条件下系统数据传输正常;试验及仿真表明,该系统能很好实现环境采集和传输功效,验证了该方案可行性。论文从温度采集系统理论依据、设计思绪、实现过程、测试结果等方面均做了具体叙述,取得了预期效果,论文讨论结果对温度采集系统完整性起到了补充作用,对其实践应用起到了推动作用。关键词:单片机 采集 温度Constant temperature monitor system of the classroomAbstract In recent years, this paper designs an intelligent temperature monitoring system, this system is to realize the temperature measurement system of STC89C52 based on MCU and DS185B20, MCU in the system as the input and display of temperature control device,DS18B20 is used as temperature acquisition and temperature data output device the.
