基于城市污水处理中水泵的维修探讨基于城市污水处理中水泵的维修探讨 摘要：水泵是城市排水所必需的重要设备之一，是工艺运行中主要的动力提升设备，用来将市政污水管网里收集到的污水提升到污水处理厂后续处理单元所要求的高度，使其实现重力自流。在使用过程中难免会有故障发生，本文结合污水处理厂在近几年的维修管理中发现的问题以及总结的经验，针对水泵这个污水输送关键设备，应用故障模式及影响分析方法，对水泵的进行失效模式分析，并对影响水泵正常运转的高风险等级的故障模式进行维修改进，优化水泵的维修策略。 关键词：污水处理;维护措施;故障分析;故障处理 Abstract : Water is one of the important equipments in city drainage, is the main power of lifting equipment in the process operation, to the municipal sewage pipe network in the collected sewage to the sewage treatment plant processing unit the required height, the realization of gravity.
