建筑企业项目绩效考核中的博弈分析建筑企业项目绩效考核中的博弈分析 摘要:从博弈论的角度对建筑企业在项目绩效考核中存在的问题和改进的方法进行了分析。以囚徒困境为例对博弈论的模型进行了分析,并在建筑企业的项目绩效考核中进行了应用,建立了项目绩效考核的博弈模型,从公司和项目部的立场分别阐述了合作与非合作带来的损益及实行的策略。通过模型分析,提出了建筑企业在项目绩效考核管理过程中加强项目管控、增加项目部绩效奖励比重等具体的调整措施,使博弈的双方能够通过合作实现项目利润的最大化。 关键词:项目绩效考核;囚徒困境;博弈分析;项目管控模式 Abstract: The existing problems of performance evaluation system in construction enterprises and its improvement methods are analyzed in the perspective of game theory. The modeling of game theory is described by prisoner's dilemma case and is applied in the project performance evaluation of construction enterprises, and the game model of project performance evaluation is proposed. The profit and loss by cooperation and non-cooperation with its strategy adopted is demonstrated both from the side of head office and project team. Improvement strategies such as enhancing the project management and control and increasing the proportion of performance awards of the project team are proposed for the management of project performance evaluation, by analyzing of the model, to maximize the project profits by cooperation of the two sides.
