建筑施工安全管理方法分析建筑施工安全管理方法分析 摘要：随着建筑业的蓬勃进展，建筑施工安全生产问题日趋严峻，安全生产是企业持续稳定进展的基本保证 ,特别对于建筑行业来说 ,安全更是重中之重。建筑企业的安全管理方法是影响安全事故发生率的主要因素，选择正确的管理方法可以有效的实现安全生产目标，提升建筑质量。 关键词：建筑施工；安全施工；管理方法 Abstract: Along with the vigorous development of the construction industry, the issue of safety in production of construction is becoming more and more serious; the safety in production is the basic guarantee for sustainable and stable development of enterprises, especially for the construction industry, safety is the priority among priorities. Safety management of construction enterprise is a main factor affecting the rate of accidents, choose the right management methods can achieve the goal of safe production effectively, and improve construction quality. Key words: building construction; construction safety; management method 中图分类号：[X947]文献标识码：文章编号： 引言： 随着经济一体化和中国“入世”，建立完善的安全管理体制可以在国际市场上树立良好的企业形象，增强企业竞争力。安全管理始终贯彻“安全第一，预防为主”的方针。据不完全统计，我国每年由于安全事故造成的经济损失可以完成 3 个三峡工程，可见安全管理的重要性。安全管理方法包括企业安全生产的目标、过程和手段。建筑企业选择正确的施工安全管理方法，提高管理的科学化、标准化，建立现代化安全管理制度，才能适应现代化建筑工程和行业进展的需要。 1、建筑施工安全管理方法的改革 随着我国加入 WTO，建筑业面临着国际同行业的激烈竞争。为了适应建筑行业的迅速进展，安全管理方法需要与国际先进水平接轨，建筑施工安全管理方法需要改革。处在当今法制时代，建筑相关法律得到了很大的进展，例_如：安全强制性标准、工作休息时间、生产许可证、卫生检查制度等。虽然建筑法律法规涉及了很多方向，但是近年来安全事故率仍有曾无减。究其原因，主要在于有法不依、违法不究的现象严重。因此，我们需要使安全管理由人治向法治转变，严格遵守现有...
