当前水利水电环境影响评价分析的探讨当前水利水电环境影响评价分析的探讨 摘要：水利水电工程建设是人类改造自然的一项重大活动。一方面带来显著的社会、经济、环境效益，对社会进步与进展发挥了重要的作用，同时也产生了一些环境问题，带来了不利的环境影响。本文综述了中国水电工程兴建对环境与生态方面的有利与不利影响，以及进行环境影响评价的目的、影响识别、预测评价方法和步骤、评价结论与对策措施。指出了在环境评价的实际工作中的不足，并提出了相应的措施。 关键词： 水利水电； 环境影响；评价 Abstract: water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction is transforming the nature of human a major event. On the one hand bring significant social, economic, and environmental benefits, social progress and development to play a major role, and there have been some environmental problems, brings adverse environmental impacts. This paper reviewed the hydropower engineering construction in China on the environment and ecological aspects of the favorable and unfavorable influence, and the purpose of the environmental impact assessment, influence, identification, evaluation methods and steps, the forecast appraisal conclusion and countermeasures. It was pointed out that in the environmental evaluation in the practical work is insufficient, and puts forward some corresponding measures.
