探究园林工程施工监理探究园林工程施工监理 摘要：文章针对园林工程施工监理工作中潜存的矛盾进行分析探究，其中包含有业主、施工单位对工程监理问题的忽视，监理工作者专业素养低等。同时，对于重视园林工程施工现场管理、重视提升有关技术人员的专业素养等问题提出了对应性的方案，望能够为今后开展园林工程施工监理工作提供可参考性的意见。 关键词：园林施工;园林工程;监理;存在问题;对策 Abstract: the article aiming at the contradiction between cesarean in landscape engineering construction supervision work are analyzed, which include the owner, the construction unit to ignore to the problems of engineering supervision, supervision of workers, low professional quality. Keywords: the botanical garden construction; Garden engineering; Supervision; There is a problem. countermeasures 中图分类号：TU74 文献标识码：A 文章编号： 监理的基本职责是“三控三管一协调”,即:质量、进度、投资控制;职业健康安全与环境管理、合同管理和组织协调。但在工作实践中也存在落实不到位的问题。我国园林工程监理制度落实不是很到位,主要是业主、施工方不够重视,从业人员自身素养不高造成的,应注重提高行业自身人员职业素养和工程管理,确保监理作用得到充分发挥。在此,笔者试对此问题作一分析和探讨。 一 园林工程监理存在的问题及成因 1.1 业主对监理工作不够重视 在工程施工中,业主对监理工作不够重视,很多时候监理不能真正起到作用。有些业主单位觉得绿化工程就是种几株树、修几个亭子的小事,不会出人命关天的大事,监理实在是多此一举,对监理的意见往往也是不置可否,总是出了问题才想到监理。园林工程不可能像建筑工程一样随时开工。虽然现在反季节种植技术已经比较成熟,但在非种植季节苗木的成活率依旧偏低,成本偏高。...
