电力系统自动化技术毕业设计PLC与变频器集成控制的恒样本

摘 要本论文依照中华人民共和国都市社区供水规定，设计了一套基于 PLC 变频调速恒压供水设备。变频恒压供水设备是一种新型节能供水设备。变频恒压供水设备系运用当今最先进微电脑控制技术，将变频调速器与电机水泵组合而成机电一体化高科技节能供水装置。变频恒压供水设备以水泵出水端水压（或顾客用水流量）为设定参数，通过微机自动控制变频器输出频率从而调节水泵电机转速，实现顾客管网水压闭环调节，使供水系统自动恒稳于设定压力值：即用水量增长时，频率提高，水泵转速加快；用水量减少时，频率减少，水泵转速减慢。这样就保证了整个顾客管网随时均有充分水压（与顾客设定压力一致）和水量（随顾客用水状况变化而变化）。核心词：变频调速；恒压供水；PLCAbstractAccording to the requirements of the Chinese urban community water supply ，this paper designed a set of frequency conversion velocity modulation constant pressure water supply equipment based on PLC.
