高速公路工程项目安全文化建设讨论高速公路工程项目安全文化建设讨论 【摘要】高速公路是本世纪 20 年代才兴起的一种安全、迅速、通过能力高的新型交通手段。它的出现极大地缓解了交通的拥挤状况，并且提高了公路的运输效益和服务水平，更加促进了世界各国的经济进展。高速公路作为现代交通的骄子，是衡量国民经济现代化的重要标志之一，所以其综合经济效益十分显著。 我国大陆是从 70 年代初开始的高速公路修建的前期准备工作，其中包括高速公路的科学考察、技术资料翻译、测设工作以及可行性讨论。高速公路的建设不仅仅改善了公路交通运输的状况，而且产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益，还带来了人们观念上的巨大改变。它不仅仅是国民经济的命脉，还是经济建设不可缺少的基础设施，它的进步与变革直接关系到生产力的进展与变化。 【关键词】高速公路；安全文化；安全管理； [Abstract ] The freeway is to rise this century 20 time a safe, rapid, through the new means of transportation and high capacity. Highway construction not only improved the transportation condition, but also produce great economic benefit and social benefit, also brought great changes in people's ideas.
