高速公路建设项目成本管理探析高速公路建设项目成本管理探析 摘要：随着我国经济的快速进展，高速公路建设事业迎来高潮，高速公路已经成为拉动我国经济增长的重要交通大动脉。相对而言，目前高速公路建设在各地的基础设施建设中应该是重中之重，所需资金量大，因此做好高速公路建设项目的成本管理具有重要的意义。本文从高速公路建设方的角度出发，归纳了目前高速公路建设项目成本控制中存在的问题，提出了项目成本控制应遵循的原则，最后基于全过程控制的理念提出了在高速公路公路建设项目的各个阶段成本控制的措施。 关键词：高速公路；项目成本；合同管理；动态控制；工程变更 中图分类号：F275.3 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） Abstract: With China's rapid economic development, highway construction industry usher in the climax, highway driving China's economic growth has become an important traffic artery.
