With optimization of raw material composition for iron-making and operation system, smooth and stable operation condition, high gas utilization, ect, low fuel consumption was obtained and less-cost strategy was realized successfully.Key words: .blast furnace (BF) fuel consumption less-cost strategy1.概述炼铁工序是钢铁厂能耗大户(占钢铁生产能耗的70% 以上)。近年来,由于炼铁产能迅速扩张,导致炼铁原燃料资源紧缺、原燃料价格及炼铁成本大幅度上升。专门是2025年后,由于外粉价格大幅度攀升,如何合理利用当地资源、优化入烧入炉原料结构、提高产品质量和降低生产成本,已成为钢铁企业提高竞争力的最重要措施。为适应市场变化,宣钢提出了“低成本战略”的生产经营理念,具体到炼铁工序确实是通过合理优化入烧入炉原料结构、加强高炉操作,在入烧、入炉原料成本降低(入炉品位随之降低)的同时,高炉燃料消耗不升高。要保证在综合入炉品位降低的情形下燃料比不升高,需要在技术、治理上有所创新。通过技术创新、优化炉内操作、加强治理,宣钢8# 高炉(2003年10月大修改造扩容为1350m3 )在综合入炉品位逐步降低的情形下燃料比逐步降低,高炉各项指标达到全国同类型高炉先进水平。宣钢8# 高炉在低成本战略前后燃料比及...
