151paperCr3 锻钢平整工作辊“桔皮”原因分析及改进措施吴国胜1 栗 晓2 游 涛2 姚炳强3 (1. 武钢技术中心 ;2.武汉工程职业技术学院; 3.武钢热轧厂,武汉:430080 )摘要:某热轧带钢厂Cr3 材质锻钢平坦工作辊每次上机服役仅生产 1000t 钢卷即需换辊修磨,严峻阻碍产品质量和轧辊使用寿命。对 Cr3 材质锻钢工作辊进行硬度、金相组织等检验发觉,尽管辊面金相组织正常,然而硬度偏低,导致在使用过程中显现塑性变形,讲明这种材质的工作辊不适合在“干” 平坦的工况条件下用作热轧平坦工作辊。建议采纳具有更高耐磨性、更高热稳固性的高速工具钢、半高速工具钢和改进型高NiCr 无限冷硬铸铁工作辊等材质工作辊代替 Cr3 材质锻钢工作辊,以提高生产效率和轧辊寿命。关键词:平坦工作辊;“桔皮”纹;硬度;组织;疲劳强度Analysis of “Orange Peel”-like lines on the Temper Mill’s work roolWu Guosheng Li xiao You Tao Yao BingqiangAbstract: Cr3 forged steel work rool for temper mill has to be changed for grinding only after processing 1000t coils. Although abnormality is not found in both hardness and metallographic examinations, plastic deformation frequently occurs. Further study indicates work roll of such material is not suied for the purpose, due to its comparatively low fatigue strength.
