摘要该建筑物是榆林学院 17#公寓楼。根据提供的地形图和及功能要求的规定,进行建筑设计。它的占地面积约 835㎡,建筑面积约 5007 ㎡。建筑物最高高度为 21m。此建筑物采纳钢筋混凝土框架结构,结构设计是六度设防,设计地震是第一组,场地为Ⅱ类,粗糙度为 B 类。其设计内容包括结构布置、构件估算、内力分析、构件截面设计和基础设计几部分。采纳整体现浇式,建筑整体刚度较好并进行了进行了地震作用、风荷载和竖向荷载的内力分析,采纳了多种荷载组合方式。钢筋混凝土是一种延性材料,为了充分利用这种材料的特性,根据建筑三级抗震的要求,进行梁端弯矩调幅,柱端弯矩调整,剪力调整等计算,同时注意节点的设计,使得建筑的设计达到强柱弱梁,强剪弱弯的要求,增加建筑的延性,以提高建筑的使用性能。在此次设计中,多层框架结构分析是采纳底部剪力法进行地震荷载下的内力分析;采纳弯矩二次分配法进行竖向荷载的内力分析,整个结构的设计均依据法律规范来计算。关键词: 框架; 荷载; 抗震; 钢筋混凝土AbstractThis building is located Yulin a multilayered frame student apartment of 17#.
