摘 要 本次毕业设计是设计长春工业大学第一教学楼，主体 10 层，框架结构，整个设计分三部分：建筑设计部分结构设计部分和施工部分。结构设计采纳手算一榀框架，考虑高层结构抗震要求，作了抗震验算，在结构上，作了结构的抗震结构设计，这样，可以有效达到“大震不倒，中震可修，小震不坏”的目的。施工采纳新工艺，节约造价；施工组织采纳平行流水施工，立体交叉的施工方法，缩短工期。 关 键 词建筑设计框架结构 抗震结构设计 流水施工 AbstractThis graduation design is to design the first teaching building of Changchun Univercity of Technology, It’s ten layers, the frame structure, the whole design divides three parts:The building design is part of,the structure design is part of and start construction part.The structure design orgination hand calculates one frame, considering multi-layer structure anti- earthquake requests, making an anti- earthquake to check to calculate, making structure on the structure of anti- earthquake the structure design, so, can attain the purpose of"big earthquake pour, in the earthquake can fix, small earthquake pretty good" suivival in terible earthquake.The construction adopts a new craft, saving to build price;The construction organization adopts a parallel flowing water construction, the construction method of the flyover, shorten a work period.
