设计总说明本施工组织设计是针对天 XX3#楼进行编制的。天 XX3#楼是地上十八层的剪力墙结构住宅楼。本设计从施工的全局出发，充分考虑施工工程本身特点及现场周围环境，拟定施工方案和确定施工图预算。在编制过程中，以国家有关技术政策、规定、业主的要求、设计图纸、招标文件、施工现场相关资料为依据，对工程质量目标、施工组织部署、施工进度计划、施工准备、施工资源计划、主要施工方法、施工平面图布置、施工质量控制 、文明施工及环境保护等方面作了详细的说明与规划。通过对工程施工过程中人力、财力、物力科学合理的协调搭配，从而获得优质、低耗、高速的经济效益和社会效益。依据 2025《陕西省建设工程工程量清单计价规则》和 2025《陕西省建筑、装饰工程消耗量定额》编制该工程的施工图预算。为工程施工过程中成本控制提供依据，能更好的控制成本，增加盈利。本施工组织设计便于施工人员更好的完成施工工作，明确施工重点，实行各种有效措施圆满完成投资、进度、质量、安全“四大”目标。关键词：组织设计；施工准备；文明施工Design DescriptionThis construction design is prepared for Tianxin Nga 3 # Building.
