利用城市空间进行高层建筑设计的技巧利用城市空间进行高层建筑设计的技巧 摘要：高层建筑的设计要能够融入到城市的空间中，设计工作要能考虑到用户的使用需要，并且在外部观感上也要考虑到用户的感受。高层建筑的设计必须要与城市的进展相互平衡，才能建设出优秀的城市景观以及适宜人们工作生活的环境。我们从宣威市民乐大酒店的实际出发，从城市空间的角度出发对高层建筑设计进行讨论。 关键词：高层建筑；城市空间；景观；设计 Abstract: design of high-rise building to be able to blend in to the city's space, design work need to be able to consider the use of user needs, and on the external perception also take into account the user's experience. Key words: high-rise buildings; The urban space; Landscape; design 中图分类号：TU2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104(2025) 1、城市空间定义及高层建筑的进展 1.1、城市空间。城市空间指的是城市人类进行工作生活的重要因素，它为城市居民提供了活动的必需场所。它包括城市内部的建筑物、绿地、广场、道路以及公共服务的设施等等立体空间，能够为人们提供工作活动的具体场所。 1.2、高层建筑的进展。城市的不断扩展以及人口的飞速增加，使得城市中高层建筑业在快速的进展。由于城市用地的紧张、人口激增以及技术的不断进展等因素使得高层建筑在近些年内也在飞速进展。高层建筑的出现对城市的布局以及形态都有很大影响，高层建筑可以说是城市进展的产物，与城市进展也在相互依赖。 2、宏观角度进行分析高层建筑与城市空间的融合 高层建筑在进行设计时必须要考虑到城市公众的感受，也就是说，建筑物不论是内部使用还是外部的效果都要考虑使用者感受。 2.1、高层建筑与城市环境。在进行高层建筑设计时，当地的规划部门所出台的各种条文政策及法律规范都对建筑物的设计有一定的约束作用，它强制性的要求必须考虑到城市环境，营造舒适的城市空间。可以看出，...
