浅论后张法无粘结预应力混凝土结构的施工技术讨论与质量控制要点 摘 要:随着我国建筑业的蓬勃进展,无粘结预应力混凝土技术的不断提高,后张法预应力钢筋混凝土结构在工业与民用及公共建筑中在大跨度、高空间框架结构中得到了较为广泛的应用。笔者对某超高层广场工程后张法预应力钢筋混凝土结构施工技术的讨论并进行质量目标控制。从总承包方的角度提出对后张法无粘结预应力混凝土结构施工技术与质量控制的要点。关键词:后张法;无粘结预应力;施工技术;质量控制;On the post-tensioned prestressed concrete structure construction technology and quality control pointsAbstract : With the rapid development of China's construction industry, prestressed concrete technology continues to improve, post-tensioned reinforced concrete structure in the industrial and civil and public buildings in large-span, high space frame structure has been more widely used. From the standpoint of general contractor on the post-tensioned unbonded prestressed concrete structure construction technology and quality control points.Key words :post-tensioned; unbonded prestressing; construction technology; quality control;一、无粘结预应力钢筋混凝土的优缺点1.预应力筋张拉力的传力途径不同。传统的“有粘结工艺”预应力筋张拉后需灌浆,其预应力筋的张拉力由锚夹具及灌浆体共同传递给砼构件。而新的“无粘结工艺”在预应力筋与砼构件之间无任何介质粘结,全靠锚夹具承受并传递预应力,故绞线及锚夹具必须终身不锈,对其材质要求特别高。2.施工程序。传统工艺先在砼构件浇捣时预留孔,然后,铺穿预应力筋进行张拉,最后灌浆填孔。而新工艺可在钢筋绑扎时同步按设计要求布置呈抛物线状的无粘结筋,张拉后无需灌浆,简化了工序,由于能曲线布置,能使预应力筋按设计要求在构件受力部位发挥最大效能,故适用于多跨及大跨梁板中运用。在预应力混凝土技术愈来愈广泛应用的今日,不仅在大跨度建筑结构上,而且在高层建筑结构上也常常采纳预应力混凝...
