后 张 预 应 力 混 凝 土 结 构 中 预 应 力 约 束 损失 的 计 算 分 析【内容提要】在后张预应力混凝土结构中,所施加的预应力可能因受关联构件约束而发生损失,现行相关设计法律规范和结构设计均不考虑该现象,这将导致低估结构的预应力总损失,或高估结构的实际抗裂性能。本文对这一普遍存在的工程现象进行了分析,给出了计算框架梁预应力结构约束损失的方法与实例,并提出了相关设计建议。【关键词】后张预应力混凝土结构,预应力张拉施工,预应力结构约束损失,预应力分配系数【Abstract 】In post-tensioned concrete structures, the prestress loss may be caused by constraint of connected members, which is not considered in the present codes and in the relative designs, this perhaps leads to underestimate the total prestress loss, or overrate the anti-crack capability of the designed structure. In this paper, the kind of prestress loss existed widely in engineering is analyzed firstly, then the related method and the calculation example for the multi-span frame are given to further confirm the result, at last some design suggestions are proposed.【 Keywords 】 Post-Tensioned Concrete Structure, Tension Construction, Prestress Loss by Structural Constraint, Assign Coefficient of Tension Effect对于后张预应力混凝土结构,按现行法律规范和规程要求,设计上一般仅对以下4 种预应力损失进行计算,分别为:张拉端锚具变形和钢筋内缩损失,预应力筋张拉摩擦损失, 预应力筋应力松弛损失, 混凝土收缩和徐变损失。分批张拉预应力筋时,法律规范和规程还要求考虑后批张拉施工产生的混凝土弹性压缩变形对先批张拉预应力筋的影响。预应力张拉施工使构件受压并发生压缩变形,当该变形受相邻构件约束较小时,按现行法律规范和规程要求确定的预应力总损失基本符合实际情况。但是当相邻构件的约束较大且仍不考虑其影响时,设计将低估预应力总损失, 或高估预应力效应,使预应力构件的实际弯曲刚度和抗裂性能低于计算结果。本文主要以后张预应力混凝土框架梁为例对“预应力结构约束损失”进行了分析, 给出了计算实例,并提出了相关建议。一.关于预应力结构...
