地铁深基坑预应力钢支撑施工技术及其内力影响因素分析摘 要:本文模拟了地铁五号线 xxx 站深基坑开挖过程,并与实测桩水平位移和钢支撑轴力进行比较,重点讨论影响钢支撑轴力的因素,所得出的结论为此类基坑支护结构设计和施工提供了理论依据和实践参考。关键词:深基坑;钢支撑;预施轴力 The Construction Technology of the Prestressed Steel Support Structure of the Dip Foundation Pit of Subway Station of Line 5 and Analysis of the Influence Factors of the Inner Force Abstract: In this paper, the excavation process of the dip foundation pit of ***** subway station of NO. 5 Line is simulated. The simulation is then analyzed and compared with the field measurements of the lateral displacement of the pit compresol pile and inner force of steel support structure. Some key influence factors are discussed in this paper and the result may be of some reference value to the design and construction of excavation project.Key words: deep foundation pit ; excavation ; mechanical analysis; steel support structure; inner force of steel support structure1 工程概况 地铁五号线 xxx 路站位于平安大街与东四北大街交叉的十字路口处,为地下岛式站台车站,车站总长 179.8m,其中横跨平安大街部分长 68.6m,宽 23.76m,为单层三跨拱形结构,暗挖法施工;两端为三层三跨框架结构,南端长 55.8m,北端长 55.4m,宽均为26.2m,明挖法施工;车站中心里程为 K10+592m。明挖法施工段地下一层为站厅层,地下二层为设备层,地下三层为站台层。其南北向坡度为 3‰,南北两端明挖基坑最深处为地面标高以下 21 米。在基坑开挖中,xxx车站基坑支护结构采纳多支点、排桩支护体系加基坑外降水方案,外围护结构采纳 Φ800钻孔灌注桩,内支撑系统采纳预应力钢管支撑;第一道钢支撑设于桩顶冠梁处,其它钢支撑通过水平钢围檩支撑在钻孔灌注桩上。2 围护结构钢结构支撑由于其自重小,安装和拆除都很方便,而且具有可以重复使用,且可根据土方开挖深度,做到随挖随撑等优点,因而在深基坑工程支护中大量使用。在北京地区大部分采纳大直径钢管支撑。xxx 路站基坑围...
