本文以放牛东水库土坝的安全监测系统设计为例，全面系统地讨论了监测系统的应用，进行了探究和创新，可供类似工程借鉴，并可为大坝运行管理部门提供参考依据，望能对水库自动化监测领域的进展起到良好的推动和示范作用
