生态商住区控制性详细规划设计思路探讨生态商住区控制性详细规划设计思路探讨 摘要：随着控规的实施，城市化的快速推动，针对于不同特点、不同主题的控规不断涌现。当前，以生态、商住为主题的控制性详细规划作为一种独特的控规手段，在带动城市进展、衔接城市进展过渡区、建设特色城市等方面发挥着巨大的作用。而正是由于其多样性，其规划思路与操作也是十分灵活。庄河市青堆镇商住区处于青堆镇未来进展的重要节点，针对建设要求、建设时序和城市特色，因地制宜张弛有度的编制控规，刚性与弹性相结合，把握正确的规划思路，同时将生态理念植入控规，以此增强控制性详细规划的可实施性，有效地指导了城市建设。 关键词：控制性详细规划；生态城市；商住区；庄河市青堆镇 Abstract: with the rapid implementation of regulatory, advance a city to change, regulatory for different characteristics, different themes emerge.
