摘 要本毕业设计是某行政办公楼，包括建筑设计，结构设计两部分内容。建筑面积为 4690㎡，底层占地面积为 670㎡，总高主体七层。 建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。最终确定设计方案，画出建筑施工图。 结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。本方案采纳钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后，选取一榀框架进行计算，用分层法算出内力，从而进行配筋计算。建筑柱网尺寸纵向为 5.4 m 和 7.8 m，横向为 3.6 和 3.6m，底层层高为 3.9 m，其他各层层高均为 3.3m；楼梯采纳梁楼梯，全部为防火楼梯，基础为柱下独立基础。在框架结构计算时，采纳 D 值法计算风荷载作用，采纳弯矩分配法对框架进行分配，在计算过程中对梁的弯矩进行了调幅，对柱的轴力进行了折减。对建筑中出现的墙体均直接放在梁上，墙、板的重量传给梁，梁再传给柱，传力路线明确。工程施工过程中，各种建筑材料保证供应。关键词 办公楼；建筑设计；结构设计；框架结构；柱下独立基础 AbstractDesign is the graduation of an administrative building, including architectural design, structural design components.
