毕 业 论 文 （ 设 计 ）题 目 XX 酒 店 工 程 量 清 单 报 价 学 院 建 筑 与 土 木 工 程 技 术 学 院 专 业 建 筑 工 程 管 理 年 级 学 号 姓 名 指 导 教 师 2025年 6 月 10摘 要 工程量清单计价方法是建设工程在招投标中，招标人根据国家统一的工程量计算规则提供工程数量，由投标人依照工程量清单自主报价，并根据经济评审低价中标的工程造价方式。随着我国市场经济体制的不断进展，工程量清单计价方式必将得到广泛的应用，工程量清单及编制也是招标人和投标人都应加以讨论和解决的问题。 本设计依据国标《建设工程工程量清单计价法律规范》，对某住宅楼工程概预算采纳工程量清单的计价方式，编制了分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、其他项目清单、分部分项工程量清单计价表、措施项目清单计价表、其他项目清单计价表、分部分项工程量清单综合单价分析表等内容。综合单价分析是工程量清单计价的重要内容，它综合了直接工程费、间接费、有关文件的综合调价、材料价差、利润、风险金、税金等费用。当工程量发生变更时，易于查询，能够反映企业的技术能力和管理水平。工程量清单的编制力求做到实物工程量准确，表现形式符合工程量清单法律规范。关键词： 工程量清单；工程量；综合单价AbstractBill of quantities valuation method is a construction project in bidding, the tenderer in accordance with the unified state of quantities provide engineering quantity calculation rules, independently by bidders in accordance with the bill of quantities quotation, and according to the economic evaluation at a low price bidding mode of the project cost.
