高层建筑地基基础设计讨论高层建筑地基基础设计讨论 摘要：高层建筑基础作为高层建筑结构设计的一个非常重要的部分，基础隐蔽于地下，是整幢建筑物最为关键的部位，直接关系到建筑物的稳定和安全。在进行地基基础设计时除了考虑本身的强度和刚度外，还应考虑上部结构体系、地理环境条件、施工条件及周边环境因素，才能设计出既安全又经济的基础形式。 关键词：稳定和安全、地基基础、高层建筑 中图分类号：TU97 文献标识码： A 文章编号： Abstract：The high-rise building foundation as a high building structure design of a very important part of basis in underground concealed, the whole building is the most critical parts, directly related to the stability and security of the building. In the foundation design in addition to consider itself the intensity and rigidity outside, still should consider the upper structure system, the geographical environment and construction condition and the surrounding environment factors, to design to be both safe and economic foundation form. Keywords: stability and security, foundation, high-rise building 一、工程概况 某工程项目建于盆地，场区包括岩体结构，岩体结构破裂程度不一，岩性差异大。根据设计基础埋深，箱基底板一部分将直接落在基岩上，一部分落在不同土层上。代表性地质剖面如图 1 所示。 图 1 地质剖面示意图 基坑开挖面下主要土层有: ③ 层圆砾层，N63.5 动探击数 8.3，均匀性差; ④ 层中风化石灰岩，属较硬岩层; ④1 层黏土，可塑状态，地基承载力特征值 120kPa，具中高压缩性; ④2 层粉质黏土混角砾，硬塑状态，地基承载力特征值 240kPa，均匀性极差;⑤ 层强风化破裂石灰岩; ⑤1 层中风化石灰岩。由于场区岩土混存，各自成因、性质、状态差异显著，属极不均匀地基，给基础设计带来很多不利因素。 二、 基础总体方案 基础底面虽大部分直接与基岩接触，如图 2 所示，但就场区整体而言，基础底面以下相当深度范围内，不是完整基岩( 钻孔揭露深度地面下 50m) ，不可能采纳以基岩为支承的端承桩或礅式基础，或由群桩组成的独立承台。即大厦基础只能考虑为由岩、土共同支承的整体基础，如何避开基底软硬不均，...
