吉林大学网络教育本科论文A 公司薪酬管理体系优化讨论 The Study on Optimization Design for A Company’sCompensation Management System陈巍指导老师:徐颖教授 学 号:202503679124 专 业:人力资源管理摘 要薪酬管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分,薪酬的重要地位是随着国家对于分配制度的调整和劳动力市场的快速进展而逐渐体现的.薪酬管理也是企业进行人力资源管理与开发的一个核心环节,合理有效的薪酬体系不但能激发员工的积极性与制造性,促使员工努力实现组织的目标,提高组织效益,而且能在人才竞争日益激烈的知识经济时代吸引和保留一支素养良好且有竞争力的员工队伍.本文在探讨了国内外薪酬理论的基础上对 A 公司的薪酬管理体系进行了优化设计。首先从 A 公司的背景和概况入手,再进一步了解了 A 公司的薪酬管理体系的现状,分析出 A 公司目前薪酬管理体系存在的主要问题,接下来对 A 公司薪酬管理体系进行了优化设计,包括设计前期准备工作,设计要注意的目标和原则,薪酬结构、绩效考核方案,最后本文还提出了在新的薪酬管理方案实施过程中可能遇到的障碍,相对应的保障措施。关键词:薪酬管理;薪酬体系;绩效考核ABSTRACTCompensation management is an important component of enterprise management , the important role of compensation was reflected gradually by the adjustment of national distribution system and the rapid development of labor market.
