公立医院中层干部现行考核方法的调查和讨论 【摘要】 目的 通过对现行医院中层干部(职能科长)考核的调查和讨论,了解中层干部及考核者对考核方法的评价,指出优点和有待提高的方面,并提供相应的对策,为医院提高中层干部的考核提供理论依据。方法 对中层干部采纳问卷调查表法收集数据,使用 SPSS11。0 软件进行统计分析;对中层干部考核者采纳访谈法收集数据。结果 医院中层干部对现行的考核方法评价接近比较满意水平;考核中存在的不足要实行相应的方法给予解决。结论 医院在注重与中层干部的双向沟通基础上,及时把握中层干部对考核的需求,及时调整,以提高医院中层干部考核的效果。 【关键词】 公立医院;中层干部考核;对策 The evaluation of middle—level managers of the public hospital LI Qiang,MIN Yun,MIAO Zheng-bao。Yangpu Central Hospital,Shanghai 200090,China 【Abstract】 Objective To learn middle-level managers attitude of the evaluation system of hospitals and find out advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation system。We provide academic support for improving the evaluation system。Methods We collected data by means of investigation tables filled with middle-level managers of hospitals and of talk with evaluators.Results The mean of the satisfaction of the using evaluation system reaches the range of satisfaction.
