以資源依賴為基礎之策略性人力資源管理 摘要企業的成功是不容易的,從成功的企業去發掘其成功的因素,可以作為企業達到成功的秘方。本研究以表現卓越的西南航空為對象,先從組織與外在環境協調,解決不確定性所產生的問題,再從策略性人力資源管理的角度去探討其成功所在,瞭解西南航空在選定以飛機「十分鐘轉頭起飛」為企業的主軸策略後,為達成企業策略目標,締造企業良好的績效,其選才、用才、育才、留才四大部分的相關人力資源管理實務的設計。各大航空公司雖爭相仿效,但績效仍無法超越西南航空,故企業應針對個別企業所在的環境和文化,去設計適當的策略性人力資源管理,才會是企業成功的最佳途徑。關鍵詞:人力資源管理,策略性人力資源管理,資源依賴Research on Strategic Human Resource Management Based on Resource Dependence TheoryABSTRACTUnderstanding the outstanding industries' key factors of success is very important.
