摘要档案作为一种宝贵的历史文化资源，档案文化反映了整个社会的文化素质和精神面貌，对于文化来说，不管是传承还是传播，都少不了档案在其中发挥的关键作用。档案蕴含着丰富的文化功能，逐渐成为社会文化系统的有机组成部分，档案文化建设有其存在和研究价值。本文旨在通过档案文化的内涵界定，逐步寻求档案文化的概念，丰富了档案的文化内涵，形成档案文化的广泛认可；通过对云南省档案文化建设现状进行，探讨我国档案事业发展的基本脉络，并探讨在档案文化建设过程存在的缺失，总结档案文化的基本条件和社会文化的功能机制的实现路径；通过对云南省档案管理的社会实践思考以及档案文化建设现状的研究，结合档案工作的未来发展趋势，促进档案功能实现，以档案文化建设现状为基准，预测档案文化未来发展的基本方向；通过对档案文化功能实现的探索，将会使档案文化功能的外延，提高社会各界档案文化意识，使各种文化资源的充分开发，引起社会不同行业对于档案形成科学的认识，使得重视档案的良好意识在全社会内蔚然成风。关键词:档案管理；档案文化；认知程度；文化产业Abstract As a valuable historical and cultural resource, archives culture reflects the cultural quality and mental outlook of the whole society.
