贵安综合保税区发展研究摘要：贵安综合保税区自 2015 年成立至今，综合经济实力不断增强。贵安综合保税区在吸引外资、创造就业机会、扩大出口贸易、加快区域经济繁荣等方面发挥了重要的作用，并取得了显著的成绩。目前，贵安综合保税区的功能定位于保税仓储、物流、出口加工及转口贸易，综合保税区内主要以劳动密集型产业和制造加工业为主。在经济全球化的背景下，区域一体化趋势日益增强，传统综合保税区的功能定位逐渐暴露出一定的局限性，已经不太适应大时代的发展。因此，贵安综合保税区该如何优化整合综合保税区功能，创新发展综合保税区的模式，解决综合保税区内高能耗、仓储资源配置不合理、新兴人才短缺、缺乏专门统一立法等一系列发展问题，并寻求最佳发展的模式已成为当务之急。本文通过对综合保税区相关概念的界定，分析贵安综合保税区功能定位特点以及贵安综合保税区的发展现状，并针对贵安综合保税区现有的模式，提出多方位整合贵安综合保税区功能的有效建议，并寻求新的发展模式。关键词：综合保税区；功能整合；发展模式Research on the Development of GUI An Integrated Bonded ZoneAbstract ： Since the establishment of the bonded area in 2015, the comprehensive economic strength has been strengthened.
